Math . . .

I've always never like math. But ironically, we all uses it daily. I cant imagine how a single one of us goes thru a day w/out sum math. Okok i quoted dat last sentence from my lecturer, Imee .. kudos to her for being such a wonderfully awesome lecturer! Err... I'm digressing now...

Be it estimating time or counting our money, we do it daily don't we? N amazingly, that's math.
Unknowingly, to me at least, math has somehow be a part of us since young.
If u got e foundation of it, den i suppose its a fun subject to u.

i myself personally had never aced any math subject except for when i was in like lower primary i guess?
There's e equation, formulae, tables, rules, algebra n what-nots..
All this while I've only like doing e Pythagoras theorem, TOA CAH SOH n dat b²√+- etc etc....
My math teacher made me remember it.. as in really remember it dat i cud actually recite to u e complete equation w/out further thinking...

The good thing abt math is, it has a clear cut direct answer. Its either u're rite or wrong unlike those social studies/geography/history/literature where answers can work both way - rite or wrong, esp source-based qns - my point of view, from another angel, i believe n etc.
Then again, its not a bad thing to have a either rite or wrong qn. It all boils down to how u gonna make it work, how to make it right n scored it!

But at e end of it, i hate math still, period!

Talking abt math, did i mention dat i took up classes in Fundamentals In Early Childhood Care & Education? Have learnt alot actually. Wide, vast, informative n not forgetting fun-filled field! Being e crazy n wacky me, I'm taking my chances in this. I wanna hv a career which is fun, which caters to my personality, which gonna put all my gd points into gd use. i don't want to just have another day-job which i dread going to. One dat drags me outta bed all becoz if e paycheck, nothing more!
I wanna have pride in e job dat I'm doing.

OK anyway, have studied quite alot. Did sum assignments n we were assessed for it. I must say, we did quite well n gd considering e fact dat non of my group members are in e presch line.
On my part individually, i did story-telling. Storytelling to a bunch of preschoolers is nothing major coz u noe u can get all crazy, actin like u're actually in dat age-group, imaginatively of coz. But to yr own classmates who consists of 45 over pple age ranging from as young as 17s-18s to as mature as mid 40s, can be quite a nightmare. Suddenly e class looks so big to me. Firstly, its quite hard to capture their full attention on u. E rest, hah.. i dun hv to go further do i? All e butterflies starts flowing in e moment i went to e front of e class. But hey i did it hokay?! i had fun doing it... So now I'm actually looking forward to storytelling!

We also had to do a learning corner which has language, math, science n which caters to our selected age-group. Seems easy but .. .. .. also we hv to bring a toy dat is developmentally unsafe for our selected age-group n present the rationale on why it is deem so.
If u follow religiously e classes, den its no big deal. Small matter.!

Anyway in SO looking forward to my module in music & art&craft next wed!!

Till den...
to0dLes!
